WOLFcon 2025: September 22-25, 2025

This annual conference is open to all members of the community, and to anyone who wants to learn more about the Open Library Foundation and its affiliated projects including but not limited to: FOLIO, VUFind, GoKB, LDP, OpenRS, ARC and ReShare.

We recognize that there is much uncertainty about how conference travel will look in September compared to today, and you may not know if you will be able to attend WOLFcon 2025 in person. We encourage you to submit your proposals regardless of whether you are sure you can attend in person at this moment. We will ensure that in-person, virtual, and hybrid presentations can happen successfully.

WOLFcon 2025 will bring together members of the Open Library Foundation’s project member communities and users of their products. Participants will attend presentations, community-sharing conversations, workshops, and business meetings.
Event registration costs:
Early Bird Registration until Aug 1- $350
General Registration Starts Aug 2- $425
Virtual Attendance Only- $75
Reception only- $60
For everyone's convenience, we offer a 'pay by invoice' option through Sched. This option will appear before you select your tickets.

Pre-Conference Workshop—In-Person ONLY: Monday, September 22, 2025: This workshop requires its own registration. Workshop Registration will be made available in May 2025.
Types of sessions: Working group and Special Interest Group meetings, Workshops, Presentations, and Panels from Open Source Communities
In-person Registration: Tuesday, September 23 - Thursday, September 25: Includes in-person attendance in Kansas City (Missouri, USA) for 3 days of WOLFcon including an evening reception, snacks throughout the day, and breakfast/lunch all days of the conference, and networking opportunities throughout the event.
Virtual Registration: Tuesday, September 23 - Thursday, September 25: Includes online access to live-streamed programming in the plenary hall and selected large room programming. Please note your participation needs when registering, including Plenary sessions, working group meetings, SIG business meetings, etc.
